01 - LET'S MEET

We start by meeting you at your property and completing a full walkthrough together. We discuss your goals, rental expectations, preferred level of involvement and any specific requirements for your property. We also assess the property, its facilities, current staff and operational needs so we can recommend the right management approach.

02 - CREATE YOUR MANAGEMENT PLAN

Once we understand your property, we create a tailored management plan. This covers rental strategy, pricing, housekeeping, pool and garden care, maintenance, staffing, guest services and owner reporting. We clearly establish responsibility, costs and communication from the beginning, so you always know exactly how your property will be managed.

03 - PROPERTY SETUP AND PREPARATION

Before welcoming guests, our team makes sure your property is completely ready. We coordinate housekeeping, maintenance checks, inventories, linen and amenities, staff schedules and any improvements that may be required. We also document the property thoroughly so our team understands exactly how everything should be maintained and presented.

04 - LISTING, PRICING, AND LAUNCH

For rental properties, we prepare everything needed to bring your villa to market. This can include professional photography, listing creations, descriptions, availability, seasonal pricing and booking settings across the appropriate rental platforms. Our focus is not simply getting your property online but positioning it correctly to attract the right guests and achieves strong results.

05 - LIVE MANAGEMENT AND GUEST CARE

Once your property is live, we take over the day to day management.
